Tickets FAQs

Box office hours are 3pm to 7:30pm Monday - Friday, and 1 ½ prior to show start on Saturday - Sunday.

The box office occasionally closes for private events, closings will be posted on our various social media pages

SFPAC charges a $1 fee for single tickets + 5% total cart fee (or a $6+ 2.5% cart fee for season tickets).

Revenue from these fees funds essential operating needs (such as ticketing software, staffing and infrastructure), which allows us to provide patrons with outstanding service.

Please note - School of Music Series and Department of Theatre and Dance Series prices are built with these fees included.

The Scheidt Center does not list it’s tickets on third-party retailer sites. For verified tickets, we recommend purchasing exclusively through scheidtcenter.org or by visiting the box office in person. 

While purchasing your tickets, you have the option to receive your tickets via text in addition to email. We encourage patrons to use the text option to receive a SMS message upon purchase with a link to access your tickets. You can click on that link to add these to your smartphone's digital wallet. We highly recommend that tickets are added to your phone's digital wallet, as digital tickets receive updates from the platform in real time. 

Your ticket email will come from "sfpactickets@memphis.edu" and will have a subject line of "Your Tickets to 'Event Name"". Inside the email, you will find a link to your tickets, which will direct you to add the tickets to your mobile phone's digital wallet.

Will Call is available as well for most performances for a small fee. When checking out, select the “Will Call” option.

Will Call tickets are printed and held at the box office, and can be picked up during box office hours or before the beginning of the performance

Yes! Any ticket can be reprinted at the box office or resent via email/text message by contacting the box office at 901-678-MTIX or emailing music_tickets@memphis.edu
