Getting Here and Parking


​​​​​​​The Schiedt Family Performing Arts Center is located at 3800 Central Ave, Memphis TN 38111 on the University of Memphis Campus. Access to the SFPAC and its parking are available off of Poplar Avenue, Central Avenue, and Deloach Street. 

Patrons


​​​​​​​During a majority of events at the SFPAC, parking gates will be raised and entry can be granted without use of parking code or dashpass at no charge. In select cases where gates are in effect during the evening (After 4:30pm, M-F) or over the weekend, please use gate code 06874# for access.

Additional Parking is available in the Innovation Garage, located on Innovation Drive off of Central Ave, for $3 per hour with a $15 per day maximum.

Note - The Scheidt Center, nor its rental clients, are permitted to charge for parking at the gate. Any exceptions to this will be communicated to patrons ahead of time. Should you be asked to pay at the gate, please notify a Scheidt Center Staff Member. 

Guests


​​​​​​​Guests to the Scheidt Family Performing Arts Center will receive a parking gate access code and dashboard pass (if applicable) from departmental staff. Please reach out to a representative from the relative department for more information on guest parking.​​​​​​​

Rental Clients


​​​​​​​During the rental process, Rental Clients will receive a parking gate access code and dashboard pass (if applicable) from SFPAC staff. During periods where parking gates are in effect, the code must be used to grant access to the parking lot. During daytime hours (8am - 4:30pm, M-F) a dashboard pass must be present and visible in the parked vehicle. For more information or to request code + dashpass, please email sfpac@memphis.edu

Visiting the Box Office


​​​​​​​The Scheidt Family Performing Arts Center Belz Family Box Office is located in the Assisi Foundation Lobby.

Accessing the Box Office: 

  • Enter into the Central Parking Lot from Central Ave
  • At the callbox, press the call button and let the dispatch know you are visiting the box office
  • After 4:30pm, you can use the code 06874# to enter the lot
  • There is a 30 minute allowance for guests visiting the box office during normal operating hours.
